Kimberley Park Railway Station, Norfolk.

Kimberley Park Railway Station, Norfolk.

Matching some colours up for the owners of this lovely Railway Station on the Mid-Norfolk Railway. It was a great day out!
Karen & Martin are restoring this with such sympathetic pride. They need to remove as much of the old paint as possible without damaging the face of the brick. Any residual ghost staining will be tinted to match the original brick colour using our earth-based iron oxide colour stains. Dyebrick does not alter the physical properties of the brick, making it ideal for their project.
We will keep you updated with their progress!

Steve Watton was back in the driving seat in his Turner Sports Car this weekend.

"The opportunity to race on the Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit doesn’t present itself very often so it was with great anticipation that the competitors lined up for the third meeting of the HSCC’s new ‘Chase Equipment Historic Modsports & Special Saloons’ series at the weekend." Boston Manor House Restoration

Boston Manor House Restoration

Boston Manor in Brentford, West London will be celebrating it 400th aniversary in 2023.
A lot of obvious new brickwork repairs needed to be blended in using sympathetic ageing techniques. Dyebrick brick tining products do not alter the physical properties of the bricks, so were ideal for the Grade I Listed building.

Camilla, the Queen Consort visited Boston Manor today to see first hand the progress of this newly renovated Grade I Listed Jacobean house.  Her Majesty viewed some of the refurbished rooms and met with architects, craftspeople, apprentices and volunteers who played an integral role in restoring the house to its former glory.

In Memory

In Memory

We stand with the nation in grief on the passing of Her Majesty the Queen.
Our thoughts are with the Royal Family.
Like many around the world, we are reflecting on her memory and her legacy at this time.
Our staff will be paying their respects on Monday 19th September as Her Majesty is laid to rest.

A blend of our 'Warm Orange' and 'Mocha' was used for Dina and Ben's new extension. The bricks needed to blend more closely with the original house to meet the local council planning requirements.

Our 'Brick-Age' product was used on this new build, to make the house match more sympathetically to the surrounding period properties.
