We hope you're staying safe and as well as possible during this time.

We would like to update you on the latest information regarding our levels of stock and ability to supply.

PRODUCTION/ WAREHOUSE
Although we are running on a reduced workforce, we have a good inventory level and all products listed in our shop are available.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are being picked up daily by Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. We are working closely with them to ensure that there is compliance with government advice and no service interruption.

If, or when there are any changes we will publish updates on this blog page. If there are any changes after an order has been placed, we will contact you directly.

The new rule at most courier services is: The driver only gets 1 delivery attempt. If someone is not present, the order will be returned to the courier depot. It is very busy there, so the packages may return directly to our warehouse. We have no control over this.

When ordering, please consider the following:

- Delivery to a home or business address. If business address, please ensure the business has not been subjected to government closure etc.

- Is someone present all day?

- Be aware of appropriate distance / safety precautions for the driver!

Call the local DHL/UPS yourself for more information. Every day we ensure that the goods are shipped on time from our warehouse and we send you a track and trace number to track the package. From that moment on it is your own responsibility to be able to accept the order and to keep an eye on the delivery date.

Richard used our Charcoal colour to produce this amazing transformation!

"Just wanted to share my before and afters. Very happy with the results. This was sprayed on.

I used the sprayer that has the reservoir separate from the sprayer so I could keep it agitated as I went.

Afterward we went over with a brush to give it depth.

The bricks have entirely too much texture to brush on which was the original plan. The brush wouldn't get into the grooves. It looks darker from a distance but up close the orange looks reddish coming through and that's better than what we were wanting."

Due to the worldwide pandemic we are postponing our planned tour to the USA.
As soon as it is safe and all flight restrictions have been lifted we will publish new dates for a very similar route.
We apologise to those customers we planned to meet and we will be contacting you all within the next few days.

We will be stopping off at numerous customer locations starting in Boston on the 15th June and finishing in New York City on 12th July. If you’re interested in a visit from the Dyebrick team to take a look at your project, then please email us using the regular Contact Us form. There is only a limited amount of time we can stop off at locations, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Dyebrick products have been used on all phases of the restoration to the Parliamentary Estate.

We had a wonderful day in Westminster. It was nice to have been invited and also to be shown where our products had actually been applied over the last 5 years!

Working at the Cambridge Museum of Technology.  The Museum has nearly completed it's major redevelopment and will be reopening to the public next week!

We have donated our materials and labour free of charge for this sympathetic transformation.
